As the first pillar of our organization and with respect to human services, prevention is the first step to seek in reducing or deterring specific or predictable problems like abuse. Our organization works with governments around the world in advocating for legislation and enforcement of abuse laws. We also educate individuals, communities and parents on how to identify and deter abuse.

Members of the counseling team including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and mental health technicians.

Empowering

Abusers control and that is their number one tactic to keep abused survivors simultaneously afraid of them and yet reluctant to leave them. That’s why, when a survivor decides it’s time to speak out about his or her situation and get help, our team uses the empowerment model, or empowerment philosophy to successfully help survivors escape abuse then by simply telling them to get out without means for the individual to economically survive.

Our organization works to ensure that survivors of abuse have ongoing support during and after their journey. Our team of Advocates and social workers work to establish support services for individual and not just coordinating with the criminal justice system so as to improve victims’ safety.  We work to empower survivors so that they can be economically and/or academically stable for anyone not to take advantage of them again.  Our Empowerment Program include sponsoring or finding resources for schooling, trade, and small business loan opportunity and business management training.
