When you work for TIA, you are joining a team of committed experts and professionals who stand up for survivors of abuse in providing critical services, such as protecting, sheltering, counseling and empowering victims of abuse so they can never be abused again. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and
experiences to the table, as we stand united in our missions to support survivors and seek justice of abuse.

TIA’s staff come from many different backgrounds, fields, and disciplines including social workers, victim advocates, public policy makers, lawyers, researchers, technicians, communicators, marketers, medical doctors, and psychotherapists.
